König History

Heinrich König & Co. KG was founded in 1892 by Messrs. Arthur and Willy Stern in Frankfurt/Main. The company owes its name to the authorized representative of that time, Mr. Heinrich König.

120 years of König, starting with the manufacture of photo albums, the company later dedicated itself to the production of lacquers and stains and finally became a problem solver with respect to the repair and maintenance of surfaces. Thus, many of our customers meanwhile regard us as a real partner instead of being just a supplier. Customer orientation and customised solutions are just part of company‘s DNA.

Heinrich König & Co. KG, develop manufacture and distribute high-quality products for the repair and maintenance of surfaces made from wood, plastic, stone and metal. The range of products comprise different kinds of fillers, touch-up materials such as pens and dyes as well as lacquers and last but not least maintenance and cleaning products.

At home and abroad we supply furniture, parquet and laminate manufacturers as well as the door and window industry, carpenters and joiners, stone masonry companies, hotels and gastronomy, facilities managements, restorers and the automotive industry, distribution companies and the boat and yacht industry.
