พื้นไม้จริงทำสีสำเร็จรูป แบบรางลิ้นรอบตัว คุณภาพมาตรฐาน อบไสเรียบสี่หน้า เป็นไม้ชิ้นเดียวที่ผ่านกระบวนการอบด้วยอุณหภูมิมาตรฐานของพื้นไม้ เพื่อความทนทานต่อการยืดและหดตัวของพื้นไม้ พื้นไม้ด้านหลังทำการเซาะร่องเพื่อป้องกันการบิดงอ และเคลือบผิวสำเร็จรูปจากโรงงาน ด้วยโพลียูรีเทน ยูวีอคริลิคแลคเกอร์ หนา 6 ชั้น สามารถติดตั้งได้ทั้ง ระบบกาว (Glue down System) และระบบยึดตะปู (Nail down System)

Solid Floor is a tongue – groove solid wood floor. All parquets are kiln – dried standard to minimize seasonal movement. The bottom faces are undercut bottom shoulder and relived to decrease naturally swelling and shrinking with moisture variation. Solid floor is coated with high quality UV-Acrylic Lacquer which is odorless and free from harmful solvents. Solid floor is easy and fast to install by both Glue down System and Nail down System.

Solid Uni Floor

พื้นไม้จริงทำสีสำเร็จรูป แบบ UNI ผลิตจากไม้จริงทำการต่อประสานในแนวยาว  จำนวน 3-5 แถว รอยต่อแนวยาว มีลักษณะคล้ายนิ้วมือล็อคกัน ( FINGER JOINT ) อัดติดกันด้วยกาว เมื่อขึ้นรูปเป็นชิ้นไม้พื้นเรียบร้อยแล้วที่ขอบด้านใช้งานจะทำการลบมุมรอบตัว ( BEVEL ) และพื้นไม้ด้านล่างทำการเซาะร่องเพื่อป้องการบิดงอ เคลือบผิวสำเร็จรูปจากโรงงานด้วยระบบโพลียูริเทน ยูวีอคริลิคแลคเกอร์ หนา 6 ชิ้น สามารถติดตั้งพื้นโดยใช้ระบบกาว ( GLUE DOWN SYSTEM ) หรือระบบยึดตะปู (NAIL DOWN SYSTEM )

UNI Floor is produced from solid wood jointed lengthwise. Joint mark similarly fingers are sticked by special glue. Angles of board surface are beveled to protect harmfulness of the bowl-shape board happened according to change of moisture content in the room. The back of UNI board is planed as the rail to get the glue in when lay directly as the floor. It is coated with high quality UV lacquer. Easy and fast to install with Glue Down and Nail Down System.

Solid Finger Joint Laminate Floor ( FJL )

พื้นไม้จริงทำสีสำเร็จรูป แบบ FJL ผลิตจากไม้ชิ้นย่อยทำการต่อประสานกันทั้งในแนวกว้างและแนวยาวจำนวน 3-5 แถว และรอยประสานกันในแนวยาวมีลักษณะคล้ายนิ้วมือล็อคกัน  ( FINGER JOINT ) อัดติดกันด้วยกาว เมื่อขึ้นรูปเป็นชิ้นไม้พื้นเรียบร้อยแล้วที่ขอบด้านใช้งานจะทำการลบมุมรอบตัว ( BEVEL )และพื้นด้านล่างทำการเซาะร่องเพื่อป้องกันการบิดงอ เคลือบผิวสำเร็จรูปจากโรงงานด้วยระบบ โพลียูริเทน ยูวีอคริลิคแลคเกอร์ หนา 6 ชิ้น สามารถติดตั้งลงพื้นโดยระบบกาว ( GLUE DOWN SYSTEM ) หรือระบบยึดตะปู (NAIL DOWN SYSTEM )
